By accessing or using GitSyncTickets (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GitSyncTickets provides an integration layer that synchronizes data between GitHub, HubSpot, and other supported platforms. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or completeness.
3. Eligibility
You must have the authority to connect and authorize third-party services (GitHub, HubSpot, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your organization’s policies and all applicable laws.
4. Account & Authentication
By using the Service, you authorize GitSyncTickets to access the third-party data sources you connect via OAuth or API keys.
You are responsible for maintaining control over your connected accounts and ensuring your credentials are not compromised.
5. Data Handling & Privacy
GitSyncTickets processes data solely for the purpose of synchronization between services.
We do not sell, share, or repurpose your data.
We may store tokens, identifiers, and operational metadata required for the Service to function.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your internal privacy and data-handling policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or the systems it runs on
Attempt to access unauthorized data
Use the Service in violation of GitHub, HubSpot, or other third-party platform terms
Reverse-engineer or attempt to copy the Service’s source code
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Service Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any impact such changes may have on your workflows or integrations.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as-is.”
We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSyncTickets, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., API outages, rate limits, permission issues)
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, we may delete associated tokens or cached data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
