a. OAuth Tokens & Credentials When you connect GitHub, HubSpot, or other third-party platforms, we receive and store: Access tokens Refresh tokens Basic account identifiers (e.g., portal IDs, GitHub IDs) These are required for the Service to sync data on your behalf.

b. Operational Metadata We may store: Sync timestamps Workflow configuration settings Logs necessary for debugging or stability Error messages related to API operations We do not store full copies of GitHub issues, HubSpot contacts, or other business data.

c. Minimal Logging For security, we may temporarily log: Request metadata Timestamped event information IP addresses (for abuse protection) Logs are not used for profiling, marketing, or analytics.

8. Third-Party Services GitSyncTickets interacts with: GitHub (github.com) HubSpot (hubspot.com) Your use of these platforms remains governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for how these services handle your data.

9. Children's Privacy The Service is not intended for use by minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
